Ordering on VendRush is quick and straightforward.
Steps to Order

Open the VendRush Customer App

Allow location access or enter your delivery address manually

Browse stores near you or search for a specific item/store

Tap a store to view its menu

Tap Add next to items you want

When done, tap View Cart at the bottom

Review your order and confirm your delivery address

Choose a payment method (Wallet, Card, or Bank Transfer)

Tap Place Order
After Placing Your Order
You'll receive a confirmation notification and can track your order in real time:

Order Received: Vendor has seen your order
-
Preparing: Vendor is preparing your items
-
Rider Assigned: A rider is heading to the vendor
-
On the Way: Rider has picked up and is heading to you
-
Delivered: Order complete!
-
Rating: You ride Rider & Vendor
Minimum Order Amounts
Some vendors may have a minimum order value. This is shown on the store page before you add items.
