Article 4.1 How the VendRush Wallet Works
The VendRush Wallet is an in-app balance that lets you pay for orders instantly without entering card details every time. What You Can Do With Your Wallet - ✅ Pay for orders instantly - ✅ Receive refunds from cancelled orders - ✅ Receive promotional credits and cashback - ✅ View full transaction history Funding Your Wallet 1. Open the VendRush Customer App 2. Tap Wallet in the bottom navigation or Profile → Wallet 3. Tap Add Funds 4. Enter the amount you want to add 5. Choose a payment method: - Card (Visa/Mastercard) - Bank Transfer (USSD or internet banking) 6. Complete the payment 7. Funds reflect in your wallet immediately (card) or within a few minutes (bank transfer) Minimum Top-Up The minimum wallet top-up is ₦500. Is My Wallet Balance Safe? Yes. Your wallet balance is stored securely on VendRush's servers. Even if you lose your phone or reinstall the app, your balance is tied to your account and will be available when you log back in.
Article 4.2 How to View Your Transaction History
Every wallet credit and debit is logged in your transaction history. Accessing Transaction History 1. Open the VendRush Customer App 2. Tap Wallet 3. Scroll down to Transaction History 4. Each entry shows: - Date and time - Type (Credit or Debit) - Amount - Description (e.g., "Order #1234", "Wallet Top-Up", "Refund") Transaction Types | Type | Description | | ----------- | -------------------------------------------------- | | Credit | Money added to your wallet (top-up, refund, promo) | | Debit | Money deducted (order payment) | | Pending | Payment initiated but not yet confirmed | | Failed | Payment attempt that did not go through | A Transaction Shows "Cancelled" But My Balance Didn't Change This is normal a cancelled transaction means the payment was initiated but reversed before your balance changed. Your money was never actually deducted. If you're unsure, check your bank statement and contact support with your transaction reference.
Article 4.3 Payment Methods Accepted
VendRush supports multiple payment options for your convenience. VendRush does not store your full card number at any time. Failed Payments If your payment fails: 1. Check your bank account balance 2. Ensure your card has internet transactions enabled (contact your bank to enable) 3. Try a different payment method 4. Contact your bank if funds were deducted but the order didn't go through share your payment reference number which appears on the failure screen
