How to Cancel

Open the VendRush Customer App

Tap Orders → Active Orders

Tap the order you want to cancel

Tap Cancel Order

Select a reason from the list

Confirm the cancellation
Refunds After Cancellation
- If you paid via Wallet or Bank: Refund will be made instantly to your wallet.
