How to Cancel

Open the VendRush Customer App

Tap Orders → Active Orders

Tap the order you want to cancel

Tap Cancel Order

Select a reason from the list

Confirm the cancellation
Refunds After Cancellation

If you paid via Wallet: Refund is instant

If you paid via Card/Bank Transfer: Refund processed within 3–7 business days
