Article 1.1 How to Create Accounts
What is VendRush? VendRush is an on-demand delivery platform that connects customers with local vendors (restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and general stores) and professional riders who handle deliveries. How It Works For Customers: Place orders from your favourite local stores through the VendRush app. A nearby rider picks up your order and delivers it to your doorstep in real time. For Vendors: List your products, receive orders from customers, and have professional riders collect and deliver them on your behalf. You focus on the products we handle the logistics. For Riders: Accept delivery requests near you, pick up orders from vendors, and earn money per delivery. Flexible hours, no fixed schedule. Platform Components - Customer App: Browse stores, place orders, track delivery live - Vendor App: Manage your store, products, and incoming orders - Rider App: Accept jobs, navigate to pickup/dropoff points - Support Center: This page! Article 1.2 How to Create a Customer Account
Creating a VendRush customer account takes under 2 minutes. Steps 1. Download the VendRush Customer App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store 2. Tap Sign Up 3. Enter your phone number a one-time password (OTP) will be sent via SMS 4. Enter the OTP to verify your number 5. Fill in your full name and email address 6. Set a password 7. Allow location access so VendRush can show stores near you 8. Tap Create Account you're in! What Happens Next? - You can immediately browse stores and products in your area - Add a delivery address under Profile → My Addresses - Add a payment method under Profile → Wallet to make checkout faster Need Help? If you don't receive the OTP within 60 seconds, tap Resend OTP. Make sure you have a working mobile data or Wi-Fi connection.
Article 1.3: How to Download the VendRush App
VendRush has separate apps for customers, vendors, and riders. Article 2.4 How to Set Your Store Hours
Setting accurate store hours ensures customers can only order when you're open and prevents unfulfilled orders. Setting Opening Hours 1. Open the VendRush Vendor App 2. Tap Store Settings or Profile 3. Tap Opening Hours 4. Set your open and close time for each day of the week 5. Toggle off days you are closed (e.g., Sundays) 6. Tap Save What Happens When You're Closed? - Customers will see your store as "Closed" and cannot place orders - You won't receive any order notifications - Your store will automatically reopen at your next scheduled opening time Temporarily Closing Your Store If you need to close unexpectedly (e.g., supply issues, emergency): 1. Tap Store Settings → Store Status 2. Toggle "Store is Open" to OFF 3. Your store immediately goes offline 4. Toggle it back ON when you're ready to resume
