Article 2.2 How to Add Products to Your Store

Once your vendor account is approved, you can start adding products for customers to order.

Adding a Product

1. Open the VendRush Vendor App

2. Tap Products in the bottom navigation

3. Tap the + Add Product button

4. Fill in the product details:

   • Product Name: (e.g., "Jollof Rice Large")

   • Description: describe what's included

   • Price: in Nigerian Naira (₦)

   • Category: assign to the right category

   • Availability: toggle on/off to show/hide the product

5. Upload a clear, well-lit photo of the product

6. Tap Save

Tips for Better Sales

• Use real photos of your actual food/products not stock images

• Write clear descriptions that mention portion size, ingredients, or variations

• Keep prices competitive with other vendors in your area

• Mark items as unavailable (not delete them) when they run out

Managing Existing Products

• Edit: Tap a product → Edit details → Save

• Toggle availability: Tap the toggle switch next to a product to instantly show or hide it

• Delete: Swipe left on a product → Delete (use with caution deleting removes all sales history)
