Accessing Transaction History

Open the VendRush Customer App

Tap Wallet
-
Scroll down to Transaction History
-
Each entry shows:
-
Date and time
-
Type (Credit or Debit)
-
Amount
-
Description (e.g., "Order #1234", "Wallet Top-Up", "Refund")
-
Transaction Types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Credit | Money added to your wallet (top-up, refund, promo) |
| Debit | Money deducted (order payment) |
| Pending | Payment initiated but not yet confirmed |
| Failed | Payment attempt that did not go through |
A Transaction Shows "Cancelled" But My Balance Didn't Change
This is normal a cancelled transaction means the payment was initiated but reversed before your balance changed. Your money was never actually deducted. If you're unsure, check your bank statement and contact support with your transaction reference.
