Ordering on VendRush is quick and straightforward.

### **Steps to Order**

1. Open the **VendRush Customer App**

2. Allow location access or enter your delivery address manually

3. Browse **stores near you** or search for a specific item/store

4. Tap a store to view its menu

5. Tap **Add** next to items you want

6. When done, tap **View Cart** at the bottom

7. Review your order and confirm your **delivery address**

8. Choose a **payment method** (Wallet, Card, or Bank Transfer)

9. Tap **Place Order**

### **After Placing Your Order**

You'll receive a confirmation notification and can track your order in real time:

* **Order Received**: Vendor has seen your order

* **Preparing**: Vendor is preparing your items

* **Rider Assigned**: A rider is heading to the vendor

* **On the Way**: Rider has picked up and is heading to you

* **Delivered**:  Order complete!

* Rating: You ride Rider & Vendor

### **Minimum Order Amounts**

Some vendors may have a minimum order value. This is shown on the store page before you add items.
