Article 1.2 How to Create a Customer Account

Creating a VendRush customer account takes under 2 minutes.

Steps

  1. Download the VendRush Customer App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store

  2. Tap Sign Up

  3. Enter your phone number a one-time password (OTP) will be sent via SMS

  4. Enter the OTP to verify your number

  5. Fill in your full name and email address

  6. Set a password

  7. Allow location access so VendRush can show stores near you

  8. Tap Create Account you're in!

What Happens Next?

  • You can immediately browse stores and products in your area

  • Add a delivery address under Profile → My Addresses

  • Add a payment method under Profile → Wallet to make checkout faster

Need Help?

If you don't receive the OTP within 60 seconds, tap Resend OTP. Make sure you have a working mobile data or Wi-Fi connection.
