VendRush is an on-demand delivery platform that connects customers with local vendors (restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and general stores) and professional riders who handle deliveries. How It Works For Customers: Place orders from your favourite local stores through the VendRush app. A nearby rider picks up your order and delivers it to your doorstep in real time. For Vendors: List your products, receive orders from customers, and have professional riders collect and deliver them on your behalf. You focus on the products we handle the logistics. For Riders: Accept delivery requests near you, pick up orders from vendors, and earn money per delivery. Flexible hours, no fixed schedule. Article 3.2 How to Track Your Order

VendRush provides live tracking so you always know where your order is. Live Tracking 1. Open the VendRush Customer App 2. Tap Orders in the bottom navigation 3. Tap your active order 4. You'll see a live map showing: - Your delivery address (pin) - The rider's current location (moving icon) - Estimated time of arrival (ETA) Order Status Explained | Status | What It Means | | -------------------- | ----------------------------------------- | | Pending | Waiting for vendor to confirm | | Confirmed | Vendor accepted the order | | Preparing | Vendor is making/packing your order | | Ready for Pickup | Rider has been dispatched | | Picked Up | Rider collected the order, heading to you | | Delivered | Order dropped off at your location | | Cancelled | Order was cancelled | My Rider Stopped Moving GPS can sometimes have a short delay. If the rider hasn't moved for more than 10 minutes, tap Help on the order screen to contact our support team immediately.

Article 4.1 How the VendRush Wallet Works

The VendRush Wallet is an in-app balance that lets you pay for orders instantly without entering card details every time. What You Can Do With Your Wallet - ✅ Pay for orders instantly - ✅ Receive refunds from cancelled orders - ✅ Receive promotional credits and cashback - ✅ View full transaction history Funding Your Wallet 1. Open the VendRush Customer App 2. Tap Wallet in the bottom navigation or Profile → Wallet 3. Tap Add Funds 4. Enter the amount you want to add 5. Choose a payment method: - Card (Visa/Mastercard) - Bank Transfer (USSD or internet banking) 6. Complete the payment 7. Funds reflect in your wallet immediately (card) or within a few minutes (bank transfer) Minimum Top-Up The minimum wallet top-up is ₦500. Is My Wallet Balance Safe? Yes. Your wallet balance is stored securely on VendRush's servers. Even if you lose your phone or reinstall the app, your balance is tied to your account and will be available when you log back in.

You may cancel an order before the vendor starts preparing it. Confirm the cancellation Refunds After Cancellation - If you paid via Wallet: Refund is instant - If you paid via Card/Bank Transfer: Refund processed within 3–7 business days

Article 2.1 How to Create a Vendor Account

Becoming a VendRush vendor allows you to list your products and receive orders from customers in your area. Requirements Before You Start - A valid business (formal or informal food stalls, home kitchens, retail shops all qualify) - A Nigerian bank account for receiving payouts - Your CAC registration number (optional but speeds up approval) - Clear photos of your products or store front Step-by-Step Registration 1. Download the VendRush Vendor App 2. Tap Register as a Vendor 3. Enter your phone number and verify with OTP 4. Fill in your Business Information: - Business name - Business type (Food & Restaurant / Grocery / Pharmacy / General Store) - Business address - Opening and closing hours 5. Upload a store profile photo or logo 6. Enter your bank account details for payouts 7. Submit your application What Happens After Submission? Your application goes to the VendRush team for review. This typically takes 1–2 business days. You will receive an SMS and email notification once your account is: - Approved: your store goes live immediately - Rejected: with a reason, and you can reapply after fixing the issue Account Statuses | Status | Meaning | | ------------- | --------------------------------------------- | | Pending | Under review by VendRush team | | Approved | Store is live and visible to customers | | Suspended | Account temporarily disabled contact support |

Article 3.1 How to Place an Order

Ordering on VendRush is quick and straightforward. Steps to Order 1. Open the VendRush Customer App 2. Allow location access or enter your delivery address manually 3. Browse stores near you or search for a specific item/store 4. Tap a store to view its menu 5. Tap Add next to items you want 6. When done, tap View Cart at the bottom 7. Review your order and confirm your delivery address 8. Choose a payment method (Wallet, Card, or Bank Transfer) 9. Tap Place Order After Placing Your Order You'll receive a confirmation notification and can track your order in real time: - Order Received: Vendor has seen your order - Preparing: Vendor is preparing your items - Rider Assigned: A rider is heading to the vendor - On the Way: Rider has picked up and is heading to you - Delivered: Order complete! - Rating: You ride Rider & Vendor Minimum Order Amounts Some vendors may have a minimum order value. This is shown on the store page before you add items.
