### **Going Online**

1. Open the **VendRush Rider App**

2. Tap the **Go Online** toggle at the top

3. You are now visible to the dispatch system and will receive delivery requests

### **Receiving a Delivery Request**

When an order is assigned to you:

* Your phone will vibrate and play an alert sound

* You'll see:

  * Pickup location (vendor name and address)

  * Drop-off location (customer address)

  * Estimated earnings for the trip

  * Distance to vendor

You have **30 seconds** to accept or decline. If you don't respond, the request is automatically passed to another rider.

### **Completing the Delivery**

1. **Accept** the request

2. Navigate to the **vendor's location** using the in-app map

3. Arrive and confirm pickup: tap **"I've Arrived at Vendor"**

4. Collect the order from the vendor

5. Tap **"Order Picked Up"**

6. Navigate to the **customer's address**

7. Deliver the order to the customer

8. Tap **"Delivered"**  your earnings for that trip are credited

### **If You Can't Find the Customer**

1. Call the customer using the masked number in the app

2. If no answer after 2 attempts, tap **"Customer Unreachable"**

3. Follow the in-app instructions  do not leave the order unattended
