Setting accurate store hours ensures customers can only order when you're open and prevents unfulfilled orders.

### **Setting Opening Hours**

1. Open the **VendRush Vendor App**

2. Tap **Store Settings** or **Profile**

3. Tap **Opening Hours**

4. Set your open and close time for each day of the week

5. Toggle off days you are closed (e.g., Sundays)

6. Tap **Save**

### **What Happens When You're Closed?**

* Customers will see your store as **"Closed"** and cannot place orders

* You won't receive any order notifications

* Your store will automatically reopen at your next scheduled opening time

### **Temporarily Closing Your Store**

If you need to close unexpectedly (e.g., supply issues, emergency):

1. Tap **Store Settings → Store Status**

2. Toggle **"Store is Open"** to OFF

3. Your store immediately goes offline

4. Toggle it back ON when you're ready to resume
